How many times should a person put up with being asked if they are 15, 14, 17, 19? If they are 25? and have kids!!!! I've been traveling the past two weeks, and even my own, distant mind you, family asked if I was only 15. I don't understand the confusion but will let ya'll decide once I'm able to post an actual photo of myself. Soon guys, soon...be patient.

People tend to think I am either much older or much younger than I really am, depending on whether they meet me online or in real life.

In real life, they assume I am still a teenager, but online, I have been mistaken for a sixty-year-old gay pedophile.

I'm actually a 31-year-old straight woman, and I can't help that the last mature, intelligent, rational guy who wanted me was only 19 when we started dating. (I was 30 at the time.) People are timeless. I would have just as easily dated a ninety-year-old if he had been what I needed.

So, does it bother me? Not really.
